1. Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are indicative — they show the order of magnitude. Only the written quote you receive for your project, with its scope, deadline and price, is binding. No VAT is added.
A website build is paid in two instalments: 50% when the plan is approved and 50% on delivery. You approve the homepage design before the rest of the site is built. All other terms of the work are set out in the quote.
The delivery time depends on how quickly you send us the copy, images and approvals.
Maintenance, training and later changes are paid for separately. Work outside the agreed scope is billed at €50 an hour.
2. Copyright
The copy, design, photographs and other content of this site belong to Sajtpress or are used with the owner's permission. You may read the content and share it by linking to the site, but you may not copy it or publish it as your own without written consent. Client logos and screenshots of client sites belong to their owners and are shown as examples of our work.
A website we build for you becomes your property once you have paid the agreed price in full.
We show a finished website among our work only if you approve it.
3. Links to other sites
This site links to client websites, social networks and other sources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices — their own terms apply.
4. Liability
We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, and we correct any error we notice. Blog articles are general advice and do not replace an assessment of your specific case. We are not liable for damage caused by the site being temporarily unavailable.
For SEO we do not guarantee first place on Google: the order of results is set by Google and also depends on the competition.
5. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the version in force is always this page, with the ‘last updated’ date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade.
