Privacy Policy

This site is simple: no accounts, no shop and no visitor tracking. This page sets out what data we receive, why, and what rights you have under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018).

1. Who processes your data

2. What this site does not do

• Without your permission it sets no tracking cookies and loads no analytics or ad measurement tools.
• It shows no ads on the site and does not sell data.
• It requires no registration and keeps no user accounts.

In your browser we remember display settings:the theme (light or dark), animations, the language you last read the site in, and your cookie choice, which is kept for a year. On the Website quote page the browser also keeps an unfinished enquiry, so you don't lose it if you leave the page; it is deleted when you send the enquiry or choose “Start over”, and one older than seven days is not restored. All of this stays in your browser's local storage (localStorage), is never sent to us and is deleted when you clear the site's data in your browser.

3. When you write to us

The forms on the Contact and Website quote pages send your enquiry to our server, which forwards it to [email protected]. Only what you enter or choose is sent: your name and email and, if you give them, your phone, company name and website address, the services you pick, your approximate budget and timeline, how you heard about us and your message. The server does not store this data in a database. To limit the number of enquiries from one address, it keeps only an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself), and the record is deleted once ten minutes have passed, the next time the form is sent. When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to give us.

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if we reach an agreement, for the work that follows from it. The legal basis is your request, that is, steps taken before entering into a contract. We do not send you advertising and we do not pass your data on to anyone else.

We keep messages for as long as the conversation and any work together last, and then delete them, except for data the law requires us to keep longer, for example in our accounting records. Email is stored by the email provider we use, and messages sent via Viber or WhatsApp are also processed by those services, under their own privacy policies.

4. The map on the Contact page

The Contact page shows a map from Google Maps. The map loads only once you allow it, in the cookie banner or by clicking the map: your browser then fetches it from Google's servers; Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Without your permission, no other page on the site loads anything from third-party servers.

5. Analytics and ad measurement

With your permission in the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics and Google Ads. Until you allow them, they do not load and set no cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button in the site footer.

• Analytics (Google Analytics): which pages are opened, how long they are read, on what kind of device and where visitors come from. We see the reports in aggregate, without visitors' names. Google sets _ga cookies, which last up to two years.
• Marketing (Google Ads): whether a visitor who came through one of our ads called us or sent an enquiry, and showing our ads to people who have already visited the site. We do not send Google your name, email or the text of your message. Google sets _gcl cookies, which last up to three months.

This data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) and may be transferred to its servers outside Serbia, including the USA, under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The legal basis is your consent; withdrawing it does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

6. Server logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this site automatically logs technical data about requests: IP address, time, the page requested and the type of browser. These logs serve security and troubleshooting; we do not use them to track visitors, and they are kept for no more than 90 days.

The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network, which protects it from attacks and speeds up loading. Cloudflare therefore sees the same technical request data and may set an essential security cookie.

The legal basis for processing the server logs and the encrypted IP fingerprint when a form is sent is our legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and protecting it from abuse.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object. Send your request to [email protected]; we reply without delay, and within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade (https://www.poverenik.rs).

8. Changes

When we change how we handle data, we update this page and the ‘last updated’ date at the top.
