Online Shop Development
An online shop sells even when you are not working — but only if it gives the buyer no reason to give up. We build shops that load fast, show the product clearly and lead the buyer to the order without unnecessary steps, and afterwards you change products, prices and promotions yourself.
What you get with an online shop
An online shop is not a website with a basket. It is a sales system: product catalogue, basket, orders, notifications to the buyer and to you — and all of it has to work flawlessly, on a phone as well as on a computer, because more and more buyers shop on their phones.
We build the shop on WordPress, so afterwards you change products, prices, stock and promotions yourself, without a developer.
Who we build online shops for
For companies that have a product that sells and want to sell it seriously — with a shop that looks like a brand people trust, not a stopgap. A buyer who does not trust a shop does not leave a card number.
If you are still testing whether something will sell, start with a smaller catalogue in the Standard package and expand it once demand shows.
What every shop includes
Catalogue and basket
Categories, filters and product pages that answer questions before the buyer asks them.
Orders and notifications
The buyer gets an order confirmation, and you get a notification and an overview of all orders in one place.
Speed and SEO
A fast shop with baseline SEO, so your products are found by people who do not know you yet.
Payment, delivery and adding products
Customers pay cash on delivery, to the courier when they collect the parcel. Card payments are a separate integration, agreed and paid for separately — more on the page card payments.
Delivery is handled by the courier you use — any one you already work with or choose now. We set up delivery prices and conditions in the shop, so the customer sees them before ordering.
You add the products. We hand the shop over ready for them — categories, product pages and settings are done — and you add the products, descriptions, photos and prices yourself in the shop's admin area. That way you run the catalogue from day one and change it whenever you need to.
How an online shop is made
Shop plan
We agree the catalogue, categories, payment and delivery methods — the first instalment (50%) is due only once you approve the plan.
Design and build
First you approve the homepage design, then we build the rest of the shop and set up payment and delivery.
Adding products
We hand the shop over ready for products, and you add the products, descriptions, photos and prices in the shop's admin area.
Testing and launch
We go through a purchase as a customer, from the basket to the order confirmation, then the shop goes live. You pay the second instalment on delivery.
What an online shop costs
A shop with card payments and a larger catalogue costs from €1,000 to €2,000, depending on the number of products and the complexity. It is the shop for companies that sell online in earnest.
To test the market first, there is also a smaller shop without card payments: up to 10 products in the Standard package from €700, or 10 to 20 products in the Premium package from €800. Payment is in two instalments.
Besides the build price, count on the yearly fee for the domain and hosting, which you pay directly to the provider, and on the delivery price you agree with the courier. Maintenance after launch is an optional monthly plan, and cards also bring the bank's commission.
What shop owners say
They successfully implemented every idea and all the new functionality on our online shop. We have no complaints at all. Fully recommended!
We have an online shop with a fair number of products and it mattered to us that somebody maintains the site and looks after its security. Novak has been a great help with that and everything works as it should, so far.
Genuinely good web design work. Everything was in line with what we agreed. They met all my requirements and the agreed deadlines for the build itself. Fully recommended.

Frequently asked questions about online shop development
You do. We hand the shop over ready for products, and you add and change the products, descriptions, photos, prices and discounts yourself in the shop's admin area, without any programming.
Cash on delivery, to the courier when they collect the parcel. Card payments can be added as a separate integration, paid for separately.
Any one you work with. The shop doesn't depend on a single courier: we set up delivery prices and conditions for the one you choose.
It can — that is the “Shop with card payments” package, from €1,000 to €2,000. We add card payments from every bank in Serbia; you sign the payment agreement with the bank, and the bank sets the commission.
A smaller shop in the Standard package is ready within ten days, while larger shops take fifteen days or more. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly the texts and approvals arrive, and the launch also on when you add the products.
After launch we maintain the shop on a monthly package: backups, updates and protection. For a shop this matters most, because every hour of downtime means lost orders.
